and financial supervision. The company head quarter located in London. The company is focus
on the financial analyses of different organisation. It will focus on help and support of different
organisation related to finance filed (Ktoridou and et.al 2014,). The main purpose of this
company is to improve wealth management , investment banking and credit card facility .
Purpose :- The company main purpose is to improve financial performance and wealth condition
in organisation. The main purpose is to improve corporate and investment banking in the
different organisation. It is a universal bank.
Sole trader :- Sole trader is a business. In this business only one person is owned. It will
inculcate the one or two employees control business. This sole trader business is very conman
form U.K. In based of owner ship. In this company only one person is responsible for each and
every aspect of business (Brad and et.al 2015). In sole trader finance company will help to
provide finance and improve wealth management in the organisation.
Advantage and disadvantages :-
 In sole trader business advantages is to control all the business data in keep private. Sole
trader maintain all control in business no one is interfered about it.
 In sole trader disadvantages is too difficult to rise in finance. In focus on to funds to move
business in smooth way in market.
Example :- In the best example of the sole trader is a primary business. It will start a new venture
in different filed.

called as a partnership firm (Devaguptapu and et.al 2017) . In partnership firm every member is

Advantage :-

 In partnership contribution of profit as per the capital of member in organisation.
Disadvantages :-
 In partnership nothing is to be private in this kind of organisation
Limited company :- In limited company is private company. All the rules and regulation will be
decided by one person (Bunawan and et.al , 2017). only one person is responsible for debts in
the organisation. In limited company will be focus on the limited share and guaranty.
Advantage:-
 In limited company limited liability are there in organisation.
 In limited company separate entities.
Disadvantages :-
 In limited company cost and complex account in organisation.
 Cost factor is affect company performance in market.
Example :- The best example is it is private based company. It will be focus on to generate new
rules and regulation by all.
Public limited company :- In public limited company is be registered in company act 1980 it is
compulsory for all public company. In public company is focus on a security are tread as a stoke
exchange (Puscasu and Plesanu 2017). It can be bought and sold anyone. It will be work
according to government rules and regulation.
Advantage :-
 In public company advantages is focus on to improve capital to public issue share. It has
ability to rise capital with the help of public.
