 Business environment may be included with two factors
such as external and internal that impacts on the
organizational activities or operations.
 In this different factors are needed by the enterprises in
order to run their business successfully such as employees,
supply chain, rules and regulation.

 It has founded by Henri Nestle in 1866 Headquartered
Switzerland, UK. They provide different number of
products such as Frozen foods, baby food, tea & coffee,
dairy items, medical etc

 It is a British multinational groceries and general

recently work with the motive to gain competitive
advantages.

VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION
 It is another type of business that perform all tasks or
activities about rendering social assistance to the
volunteers.
 Main motive of this business is to provide healthy and
effective services to needy group for fulfilling their basic
wants and desire.

SCOPE AND SIZE OF DIFFERENT FIRMS
 There are identify different kind of organization with
various nature that perform all functions and activities for
meeting basic wants and needs effectively.
 For example: British Heat foundation, Nestle and Tesco
that have wide nature, size and scope with are not same.

STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS
 High power: Fascinated people
 People with low power: - less fascinated
 High power: - people which are less fascinated
 Low power: - Fascinated people

CONCLUSION
 From the above mentioned report, it has been concluded
that Business environment have different effects on the
business operations or activities as it can impacts on
profitability and productivity.
