INTRODUCTION
Business environment is sum of total of both external and
internal factors that directly affect the overall performance
of the company. It includes various forces such as
competitors, suppliers, government, customers and so on.
All these are play vital role in influencing decision making
of the manager and firm also.

Different types and purpose of organization
Every business organization operate their activities as per
their specific purpose because different enterprise have
their own scope at market place. Basically there are three
type of business such as private, public and voluntary.

Private organization
Nestle is a biggest organization in over the world in which
they serve food and drink products to its customers. As
per current scenario, they operate their business more than
180 countries and include number of staff members. By
this they effectively perform their activities.

Purpose of company:
The main purpose of Nestle is to capture larger market share
by delivering quality services to its customers as per their
demand. Along with this they also serve healthy products
and services to make healthy life of the people.
