Introduction
Business environment includes internal and external factors which
directly affect on business operations and its major functions in
effective manner. There are factors of environment such as macro
and micro which is different from each other.

Different Types Of Organisation And Its
Purpose
Public sector- This sector will be
regulated and control by government
bodies. The authority has power and
right to operate and regulate public
sector firms according to the policies
and rules. For example, SAINSBURY
is the public limited company and it is
second largest supermarket in the
united kingdom.

Legal structure - The legal aspect of SAINSBURY is fully controlled
by Secretary of State which has all powers and rights for taking
effective and better decision.
Purpose – The main aim and objective of SAINSBURY is to provide
best and high quality products and services to their customers at
large market place.

Private sector – Such sector mainly focus
on earning maximum profitability from
external factors at large competitive
market place which can understand
private sector firm. For example, ALDI
is the largest fastest growing company
which provide home products, food
items, clothes, accessories and many
more.

Legal structure – The legal structure of ALDI includes vice president
which has all power and rights for regulating and operating entire
business organisation.
Purpose – The main motive of this private sector is to gain maximum
profitability for serving different type of products and services to
their customers at reasonable price.

Voluntary sector – It is that type of company which is called as third
party that includes charity, NGOs, non profit organisation and some
more. For example, World Vision is one of the leading foundation
institution of the UK which is constituted in 1950 by the Robert
Pierce.

Legal structure- It includes congress and executive commission has
authority and rights for taking effective decisions for smooth
running of charity firm.
Purpose- The main aim of this charity firm is to provide effective
facilities and services to the children who are in danger.

Describe Size And Scope Of Different
Type Of Management
Private sector – This sector is mainly focus on earning high level of
profitability for analysing demand and requirements of customers
and try to fulfil it in better manner. For example, ALDI is one of the
leading supermarket store which is based in United kingdom and it
has more than 10,000 shops in around 18 countries in all over the
world. Its predicted turnover is more than 50 euro billion.

Public sector – Basically, these kind of business organisation are
smoothly running the whole society and also make development which
help in providing huge number of employment people. For example,
SAINSBURY is the one of the largest supermarket store which is
situated in united kingdom. There are around 181,900 employees are
working for achieving desired goals and targets of an organisation.

Voluntary sector – This is non profit organisation which gives
advantages to an individual person. World Vision is the established
charitable firm which provide effective services to the needy people.
It is large size association and such company work for more than
1000 neighbourhood supporter that will execute various functions
and activities on manlike rights.

Conclusion
As per the above presentation it can be analysed that there are three
major kind of enterprise such as public, private and voluntary sector
whose legal structure and purpose are described. There are three
type of organisation such as private, public and voluntary sector
with their legal structure and also their motive can be defined in
correct way.
