Different types and purposes of
organizations
There are different types of sectors operating in an economy.
The major classification of these sectors is undertaken as
public sector, private sector as well as voluntary organisations.

• Voluntary organisations

Public organisation
The cited public sector undertaking in this report is National Health
Service (NHS), providing health related services to the individuals in the
concerned country, i.e. UK. The basic objective of this organisation
operating in England is to provide efficient health services to the
required individuals, that too at affordable prices. Enhanced purpose or
objective of NHS is prescribed as under:
• NHS fulfils the needs as well as preferences of the personnel in the
concerned country.
• Providing quality health services to the patients is the major objective
of the cited health care organisation.

the individuals. These services include the required health
related services by the patients.
• NHS helps in remaining healthy and thus, reducing health
related inequalities.
• The basic object undertaken in the operations of NHS is to
improve the lives of people by providing necessary

charging unethically in order to avoid their exploitation.
