Business Environment

INTRODUCTION
Business environment includes the internal as well as external factors which
makes huge impact on the business operations of an organisation due to
which it becomes difficult for organisation especially small-sized firms to
sustain in competitive market for longer duration. Internal factors
includes employee's behaviour, organisational culture, working
environment etc. which affects a lot to the organisation internally whereas
external factors includes political, economical, social, technological etc.
which affects the business organisation externally.

PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND VOLUNTARY FIRMS
 Generally, the legal structure and purpose of firm are
described below: -
 Private firm
 Public firm
 Voluntary firm

PRIVATE FIRM (Nestle)
 It is a Swiss transnational food and drink company which
was founded in 1866 by Henri Nestle.
 Products of the company is classified into different parts
such as baby food, breakfast cereals, dairy products, pet
food, bottled water, Ice-cream and many other products.

LEGAL STRUCTURE OF PRIVATE
ENTERPRISE
 Partnership
 Sole proprietorship
 Limited companies

PUBLIC COMPANY (NHS)
 It is a public sector which is involved in providing medical
services to the needy people at reasonable prices.
 Therefore main motive and objective of the company is to
work mainly with the achievement of social welfare.

VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION (Oxfam)
It is a type of voluntary and non-profit organization Main
aim of the company is to decrease poverty and poor financial
condition from the economic due to which they provide
better life and standard to need people at free.

SCOPE AND SIZE OF DIFFERENT FIRMS
There are mainly three kind of business such as private,
public and voluntary. All these are work for the achievement
of long term growth and success within predetermined
period of time. Along with this, NESTLE, NHS and
OXFAM play vital role..

STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS
 High power: Fascinated people
 People with low power: - less fascinated
 High power: - people which are less fascinated
 Low power: - Fascinated people

CONCLUSION
 From the above mentioned report, it has been concluded
that Business environment have different effects on the
business operations or activities as it can impacts on
profitability and productivity.
