Environment in which a business operates and execute
various commercial activities with the aim of earning
profit is knowns as business environment. Large numbers
of internal and external factors exist in an environment
which largely affect the operations of a firm.

purpose
Main purpose of carrying out business is to earn large
number of profits by satisfying the needs and wants of
customers. Activities of business affected by its size large
enterprises execute its operations on a big level whether
small firms conduct same activities on small basis.
