INTRODUCTIONEvery organisation works in an environment which consists of both macro as well asmicro factors. These factors do have a direct influence on the workings of company in a big way,therefore the management of the company should be aware of all the factors that may have adirect influence on workings of company. There is also a need to overcome those factors thatmight hinder growth as well as development of the organisation. Micro factors includecustomers, suppliers, employees, etc and on the hand macro factors include political, social, legalfactors etc. Thus there is a need to have a detailed analysis of these factors so that business cangrow and flourish and also the risk and dynamic nature of business environment can be reducedto an extent. Tesco is a company which is engaged in the business of super market chain withinretail sector, The company is having diverse operations around the world and is growing rapidly.The current report will have a detailed discussion regarding the things that a company shall keepin mind while operating in a dynamic business environment.
