INTRODUCTION
Business environment is that kind of environment within which various factors having
ability form creating influence upon how the company work and impact upon its working. In this
various kinds of elements like innovation level, suppliers, supply and demands, customer needs,
employees expectations, social trends, economic changes as well as political alterations has been
covered. The organization that has been taken is Action mediacal research which is an public
organization set up in United kingdom providing health care services. The report is focused upon
identifying different functions of organization along with the size, type and scope. In the end
macro environment either negative or positive will be discussed.
MAIN BODY
Different types and purpose of organisation and their legal structures.
Organisation are described where group of people are working together to accomplish
goals and objectives. Various kinds of organizations in relation to private, public and non
government has been explained as follows:
Private sector: These are those organizations that has been formed to earn profit. Private
organization focusing on increasing market share and developed strong brand image. Example of
such organization is BMI Healthcare (Haider ed., 2019).
Purpose – The of private organisation to enhance sales of products and services for
gaining more profits. This company provides high quality products in order to meet with
customer needs.
Legal Structures: is based upon corporal business structure. There are various kinds if
legal structure explained as follows:
Partnership – This is based upon formal arrangement between two or more people
working for achieving common objective. Under it all partners are liable for making
common goals achieved.
Sole proprietorship – This is consider as the simplest form of business structures as this
type of organisation is run and managed by single person only. In this owner have to take
all decision relational to business for its growth and development.
