This study explores the complexities of different types of business structure and their interrelationships with organizational functions. It discusses how the structure, size, and scope of organizations link to business objectives. It also provides an explanation of the public, private, and voluntary sectors and their legal structures. Additionally, it examines the advantages and disadvantages of interrelationships between organizational functions and their impact on the structure of the organization. The study concludes with an application of PESTLE analysis and SWOT analysis to support the macro-environment.
