INTRODUCTIONIn business there are various activities which are conducted and those involve buying andselling. In order to have the operations performed in most effective manner, it is needed thatunderstanding of business environment shall be obtained (Drucker, 2017). There are varioussituations such as demand and supply, rules and regulations and customer employees which areaffected by certain factors such as internal and external and they all in combination will beknown as business environment. In this report different aspects in respect of it will be discussedin context of nestle. Several types of organisations which are there in external environment willbe described together with their scope and size. Various analysis such as pestle and swot will becarried out so that problems faced by business can be identified. The interrelation which existamong several functions and departments is also explained below.TASK 1P1 & P2 Covered in PPTTASK 2P3 Various functions in organisation and their relationship.Nestle is operating throughout the world and is providing the nations with variety ofproducts which includes chocolates, biscuits and many other things. As the work is carried formany goods and also at large scale so whole business is categorised in various departments(Cantwell, Dunning and Lundan, 2010). All of them have their own position and know what is tobe done by them and in which manner so that customers can be made available with bestproducts and that too in timely manner. In order to make the product of best quality manydecisions are made by strategic level so that good brands can be developed. There are various objectives which are to be achieved by every organisation and same isthe case with nestle and some of them in relation to it are mentioned here under:The main among all goals is to make itself a leader in fields of health, wellness andnutrition and this is required so that trust can be build among the customers andstakeholders of company.In wants to establish itself in the food industry and wants to ensure that its performance isbest in finance and others.1

Customer satisfaction is another aim in which such products shall be made which willincrease its goodwill and also leadership will be achieved.It believe in creation of such value which will be sustained for long term and by thatvalue shall be created in commodity by making strategies and operations.The creation of proper alignment among staff is required so that growth of company canbe accelerated (Carroll and Shabana, 2010). So such staff shall be hired who will behaving potential to achieve long term objectives.It also provides its focus on involving all the new and advanced technologies which arearising and incorporating in such manner that will provide benefit to business.Also benchmarks are made which will be required to ensure that business is carrying outgood practices.Various organisational functionsIn business there are various functions that are to be undertaken and for that differentdepartments are set so that they can perform them in manner which will be helpful inachievement of objectives (Craig and Campbell, 2012). All of the sections will be doing differentwork but with same motive and intentions. All the functions which are performed by various persons in it can be explained in bettermanner with the help of the chart that is provided below:2
