such as employees, consumers, supply and demand etc. these are applied in the organization to
acquire more information or data. Environment of business means that influence enterprise
decisions, also examined the forces of external factors. These are directly controlled or managed
the outside of business and do some little change themselves. The report will discuss about the

Overview of Pearson plc.-
Pearson plc. is based on the British multination publishing and Education Company, it’s
headquartered in London, England. This company was established as construction business in
1840s but switched to publish in 1920. It is the largest education company and provide the
various kind of publishing facilities as well as services. The company was founded by Samuel
Pearson in 1844 as building and establishing a strong position in marketplace (Chan, Berger and
Man, 2020). Usually, Pearson has been categorized into different streams of business such as
schools, higher education and professional areas like textbooks or digital technologies used by
student, teachers. The company has established the owned education publishing and assessment
service to the schools, corporations and students directly. Sometimes, it including own
educational media brands such as Addison-wesely, ecollege, longman and others. Pearson plc is
establishing a strong position in marketplace and introduce their best publishing services in
financial times. In July 2011, A Pearson announced creation of Pearson college, a British degree
