INTRODUCTION
An organisation is a group of individuals to manage the
various functions such as human resource, marketing,
sales, finance, research and development etc. to obtain
the overall objective of a business by earning maximum
profit with available resources. The scope of an
enterprise includes the long and short-term goals that will
facilitate advantages to a business to survive in a
customer-oriented market.

Types and purpose of an organization
The main purpose of establishing an organisation is to
earn maximum profit with minimum available
resources. It is a process of controlling and managing
the functions of management to achieve the goal of a
business. It works to satisfy the needs and wants of the
customers to remain in competition.
