INTRODUCTION
Business Ethics and Responsible Management refers to the wide range of practices which
can be applied by the Business Organizations so that they are able to ensure that the attainment
of a wide range of Business Goals and Objectives in the short-term, medium-term and long-term
can be done (Adeleye and et.al., 2020). In this report, a detailed analysis will be made on
discussion on the ways in which an organization can be made ethical so that the work is managed
properly.
MAIN BODY
Scenario- I am a manager working in Tesco. I have been given a duty and responsibility
by my superior to reflect on the ways in which an organization can be made ethical so that it can
attain its goals and objectives in the future.
Discussion of ethical leadership management
An ethical leadership management refers to the attitude which is displayed by the leaders
and managers which is quite helpful for them in ensuring that they are able to work in the right
manner and can help the organizations in the attainment of the goals and objectives which have
been provided to them (Borges and et.al., 2017). According to me, this is quit helpful in the
organizations for making the more ethical and for ensuring that they are able to attain a higher-
level of efficiency and effectiveness in their work.
Therefore, in an ethical organizational culture it is quite important that the leaders and
managers are able to display the wide range of qualities which are related with ethical leadership
management which will be helpful in managing the overall work related with the organization in
the right manner.
Analysis of maintenance of integrity
Integrity is quite important to be maintained because by maintaining it the organizations
are able to ensure that they can motivate their employees to work in a better way and contribute
towards the success of the organization. The ways in which the maintenance of integrity can be
done in an ethical business environment are as follows-
Determining organizational values- By setting proper organizational values the
employees of the organization can be motivated to ensure that they are able to attain a
higher-level of efficiency as well as effectiveness in the future (Ferrell and et.al., 2019).
This can be helpful for the m so that they are able to manage out their needs and
requirements properly.
Analysis of the choices- It is important to encourage the employees to ensure that the y
are able to analyze the choices which are available in front of them and weight them
