INTRODUCTION Business ethics are the normative and descriptive dimensions which are applied over thedifferent aspects of the business. This helps to examine the ethical and moral problems that arisein the work environment. The present report will evaluate possible response with the help ofappropriate ethical tools to deal with different aspects which hinders the performance of theorganization. Different factors are considered to justify the response with the help of the modeland theory to ensure its relevancy within the organization. Ark Housing Association is beingchosen.a) Identifying and evaluating the two ways through which organization can cope with theunethical behaviour of the managerAn effective systematic approach helps an individual to deal with the unethical behaviourthat is encountered by the individual to carry out the entire working. Proper identification andevaluation assist the individual to cope with the situation in more effectual manner. This ensuresin effectively attaining the organizational goals and objectives. In business environment, properacts and laws is required to be followed to make the functioning of the organization appropriate.This helps the employees to incorporate effective and efficient behaviour among them so that thepolicies and procedures are enforced in an effectual way. Unethical behaviour is the aspect which is difficult to cover if it is practised within theorganization as it hinders the performances as well as the confidence of the other employees if itis practised within the organization (Bossaert and Demmke, 2005). The behaviour of theindividual determines the entire working of the employees within the organization in an effectivemanner. The unethical behaviour of the manager can be deal by properly identifying andevaluating the appropriate ways which will help in attaining effective outcomes. It is the harmfulaspect that affects the entire working of the organization in an ineffective way. All the factors areignored while ascertaining the aspect to achieve the goals which is determined by the individual.With the unethical behaviour, the manager induces the bad leadership image in the mindof the individual as the ethical behaviour aspects are overlooked by the manager. The code ofconduct to perform the job that is being assigned to them is not followed in an appropriatemanner. They make wrong use of the designation over which they are working in Ark HousingAssociation. I have observed that this is wrong practise which is carried out by the manager. Thebehaviour does not reflect any guilt within the manager of Ark Housing Association. This was1
