Mostly, the essence of the article has to focus on ethical implications that a person can
impose upon a business with the behavioral and operational misconducts committed by him or
her. In this case as well since now Mr. Wilbur Ross has become part of the government body of
United States of America, it was his responsibility to take a look on his personal belongings and
the investment portfolio before moving onto the same position for Trump's army. Whenever in a
business a person dance at their personal gains ignoring the fact that eradication of the thought of
improving personal games would benefit the business, it can be virtually find out that moral

complete clearance from the United States government, the person should be allowed to carry on
with the professional works. If not, that would be a questionable issue if Mr. Ross would be
rightfully allowed to be at the political junctures just yet.

denial. This is also an issue in business ethics that disturbs a common practice of acceptance of

Mr. Wilbur Ross puts focus on what can be the implications of a person's ethical misconduct in
the world of business as well as the stakeholders involved. This analysis is done to identify how
a person can put aside their own personal games and think about the greater good of benefit in
