INTRODUCTION Business ethics define as a best study of appropriate business practices as well as policiesabout problems, such as fiduciary duties, CSR(Corporate social responsibility),discrimination,inside trading, corporate governance and bribery (Business Ethics. 2017 ). CSR define as aresponsibilities towards the environment ie. (Social and ecological) and community in which itsruns. It is a concept of management whereby business integrate Social and ecological concerns intheir operations. This report is totally based on case study of Bala Sport, aim of which is to get Fairtradefootballs to fight against the less pay and difficult condition in Pakistan (Abend, 2013).Corporate social responsibility and Model of Carroll's which are analysed in this report. Thereare five theory of international business also include in this assignmentQ1:(A) CSR and Carroll's account of CSR dimensionsCorporate social responsibility: CSR define as a business concept that contributes toimprovement by delivering social, economic and environment advantages for every stakeholder.

It has attracted appreciable interest in the discipline of management but it has been explored andevaluated in the Bala Sport. CSR is necessary to adopted every business because it create variousvalues like humanitarian, political, reassurance and culture. This concept is support to attainingdirection due to better strategy & outline several areas where upcoming investigation candevelop by the sport management. It is needed to reduce difficult and complex situation which isarise in this case study. Carroll's Account: It is one of the most important, accepted and established model of corporatesocial responsibility which determine the CSR forms so it is called as 4 Part model. As per the Carroll, it is a multi-layer approach determining of four aspects which are inter relatedwith each other such as legal, economic, philanthropic and ethical etc. Economic: Bala Sport is a football manufacture enterprise and they meet its responsibilitiesrelated to the economic such as , fair remuneration to workers, investors and give their product atreasonable price to buyers. The firm having more than 80000 helpers (Bishara, 2011). The mainaim of cited firm to give their goods at affordable price to customers.Legal: This element is determine the laws and regulation related to the land and transformationprocess. According to case study, Pakistan has several responsibilities to established acrowdfunding business, so they are face difficult situation related to the legal factor.
