This practice in a business ensures the fact that everyone receivessimilar and fair treatment. The business ethics of an organization helps in distinguishing between right and wrongthat is done within an organization (Avakian and Roberts 2012). The aim of the business shouldfair dealing with everyone, the ethics should always be same for all employees working in anylevel in the organization, remedial measures should be taken if violation in ethics is detected,guidelines need to be provided regarding the business ethics, the perception of right and wrongshould be the basis of the ethics (Brenkert and Beauchamp 2012).
