INTRODUCTIONBusiness ethics may be defined as the code of conduct both in terms of applied ethics andprofessional ethics. It examines the problems and principles that exists in the businessenvironment. Business ethic is applicable to the overall organization. The base of these ethicscomes from the people involved, statements of organization or even from a legal system. (Ford,2013). In first two tasks of the present report, “The Volkswagen diesel deception” case has beendiscussed altogether while other two tasks help in analysing London stock exchange “7DigitalGroup PLC” company. In this study, all theories which will help in developing various theoretical approachesthat are being made for the purpose of analysing different aspects of growth and developmentwill be identified (Crane,and Matten,, 2016.). Along with this, various theories of absolute andrelative nature are being discussed altogether. Finally, the ethical issues which can benefit theorganization in terms of growth and development generated by ethical codes will be discussedunder. 1.1 Various theoretical ethical approaches and their benefitsEthical approaches represent methods used to evaluate certain situations andrecommended ethical courses of actions which are beneficial for organizational growth anddevelopment. Thus various ethical approaches are:-Philosophical Ethics: - This theory includes morality that drives the moral obligation orduties that is good or desirable it enable the end that is to be achieved throughout. Itdiffers on the nature of point which states that all actions must be promoted andprocessed. Eudaemonist theories which holds these ethics consist of some functions oractivities that are appropriate for man to be transformed as a human being. This isbecause; they help in emphasizing cultivation of virtue and excellent in the agent as endof actions which are to be provided effectively and efficiently. (Ford, 2013). This willenable Volkswagen to develop such systems of teleological ethical standards which willenable in transforming different methods into functional systems. Deontological Ethics: - It holds basic standards set by an action being morally right andindependent to an outcome being positively generated. Morale ethics have been deeplydivided into teleological and deontological theories as they both are different from each1

other. It states hat all rules and regulations binds morality of an individual in sense thatthey should perform task effectively and efficiently. This is why these theories of ethicsare known as duty or obligation systems. In this, ethical aspect all employees mustdevelop groups and teams which will help them in performing goals and objectivesbeneficial for growth and development of business operations. Utilitarian Theory: - This type of theory holds that at the end, it consists of anexperience or feeling being produced by state of an action. It includes claims thatare beneficial for generating actions of survival and growth as they are used inevolution of ethics beneficial for the experience of power. This theory needs toanswer the changes that must be charged at the end of results which indicates thatsolutions are not always justifiable. The major drawback is that they tend todifferentiate actual and desired ends . This is because; intention of one individualmay include various foreseen consequences which are not always beneficial forgenerating positive results (Mahoney, 2013)..This will benefit company in sense thatall employees will provide experience and benefits which will help organization indeveloping profits and goals beneficial for long term achievements. 1.2 Comparisonand Differentiation of Absolute and relative ethicsDifferent theoriesAbsolute or RelativeExaminationoftheories Contrast of the theoriesPhilosophical theoryAbsolute theorysignifies that all rightsare applied indeveloping a flat runout which might berelevant for developingsuccess of everydepartment of business.It is a hypothesis thatisapplied on all andit iscentred on finalproducts Which is notmisleading any qualitypart of any activitybecause of fact that allmajor states havedifferent inheritedfeatures.
