Eudaemonist theories which holds these ethics consist of some functions oractivities that are appropriate for man to be transformed as a human being. This isbecause; they help in emphasizing cultivation of virtue and excellent in the agent as endof actions which are to be provided effectively and efficiently. (Ford, 2013). This is why these theories of ethicsare known as duty or obligation systems. In this, ethical aspect all employees mustdevelop groups and teams which will help them in performing goals and objectivesbeneficial for growth and development of business operations.Utilitarian Theory: -Thistype of theory holds that at the end, it consists of anexperience orfeeling being produced by state of an action. It includes claims thatare beneficial for generating actions of survival and growth as they are used inevolution of ethics beneficial for the experience of power. This theory needs toanswer the changes that must be charged at the end of results which indicates thatsolutions are not always justifiable. The major drawback is that they tend todifferentiate actual and desired ends. This is because; intention of one individualmay include various foreseen consequences which are not always beneficial forgenerating positive results (Mahoney, 2013)..This will benefit company in sense thatall employees will provide experience and benefits which will help organization indeveloping profits and goals beneficial for long term achievements.1.2 Comparisonand Differentiation of Absolute and relative ethicsDifferent theoriesAbsolute or RelativeExaminationoftheoriesContrastof the theoriesPhilosophical theoryAbsolute theorysignifies that all rightsare applied indeveloping a flat runout which might berelevant for developingsuccess of everydepartment of business. It is a hypothesis thatisapplied on all andit iscentredon finalproducts Which is notmisleading any qualitypart of any activitybecause of fact that allmajor states havedifferent inheritedfeatures. This approach is generallybased on consequences.2
