Impact of ethics on business relationships within an
organization
Business ethics helps in building good and positive relationships with the customers.
An organization can influence the customers by the way it conduct the business. Customers
get influenced by trust and integrity which is built by the way a company or an organization
functions. A company with ethics have a particular code of conduct on which all the
employees adhere and when the policies of a company or an organization is followed it
builds relationship and trust among the employees as well as the customers. In order to
maintain reputation, trust and relationship with the customers, the companies follow ethics
and take principled stand for their customers in order to be fair to the customers. Apart from
this the companies also have various strict ethical processes such as customer support
services in order to check the issues faced by the customers. All these things help the
companies to work in transparent way (Boddy, Ladyshewsky, and Galvin, 2010).

ethical practices within an organization
Ethical leadership needs ethical leaders. If the leaders are ethical there is a surety that
the practices are ethical as well. Leaders are in the power of both on the job and off the job.
