PART 2
Reflection with application of model:
After the discussion of business ethics, I analysed that ethics are necessary for
organisation as they reflect their performances (Dimmock and Fisher, 2017). Every customers
get attracted with the performances of company and if company comes under ethical
consideration then it gives a great impact on the reputation or goodwill of organisation. This can
be more clarified with the help of my personal experience that can be more clear with the use of

that I am working in an ethical organisation. My experience in Marks & Spencer is good because

out that they are getting negative rating in many field but they are continuing to work on their
ethics (Robinson-Easley, 2017). After all understanding the concept and relevance of business
ethics, I analysed that it becomes the essential component for organisation that they use in their
decision ,making process so that they are able to decide what is wrong and what is right.
Business ethics are the set of rules that guides and direct people of organisation in which manner
they have to perform and what they have to achieve. In the present scenario of business
environment, I analysed that companies are judging by their ethics. That means if consumers are
found that company is not covering in the ethical standards then it automatically declining the
