INTRODUCTION
The ethical of business organization alongside respect in sustainability. In business there
are basically three sustainability such as social, environmental and economic. Various companies
have opportunities in addressing this three aspects for having better implementation
administration practices in organization (Carvalho and Daniel,2019). Clothing industry is
generally type of trade in which production along with chain of clothing starting business in
textile industry. Producing sector of clothes depends upon their financial terms of technology in
clothing, in market there are various sectors of clothes business in which many stores are
attached for making their profits. Furthermore, garments industry have major contribution in
developing countries' economy. This report explain about key challenges which is related to
corporate sustainability plus sustainability along with that considered best practices in references
to moral issues and ethical. This report also have recommendation about for being more
responsibly by taking consideration globally.

1: Challenges in clothing sector
Corporate responsibilities-
Corporate responsibilities are the impact which an organization makes on the
environment and on the economics of specific location. By having an effective corporate
responsibilities company can contribute positively to all the stakeholders and also can develop
positive image for the organization itself through which it can ensure its working in effective
sustainable way (Mugo, Kahuthia and Kinyua, 2019).
Child labour-
As per the government legislation organizations must not recruit child labour for the
organizational working because if company tend to recruit child labour then it may have to face
penalties from the government which will make negative impact on company’s economic growth

(Moulds, 2020). This is important because clothing industry often tend to recruit child labour at
low wages and tend to achieve same working productivity as of elder because of which it makes
negative impact on the psychological growth of the child and therefore it is the Corporate
responsibilities of organizations that it must not recruit child labour for reducing organizational
expenditures.
Working condition-
It is the corporate responsibilities of the organization that it has to make sure that its
employees are working in a safe and hygienic work place because if company is not able to
provide a safe work place then it will make negative impact on employee’s engagement with the
organization. Due to which chances of brand switching will be reduced for the organization and
also at the same time it will reduce work productivity for the organization. Thus it is the
corporate responsibilities of the organization that it tends to develop a safe work place for the
employees by which it can maintain employee loyalty and high work productivity.

Animal Cruelty-
Clothing industry has to make sure that it tends to develop products in such a way that it
reduced negative impact on animals for the development of products for customers. Organization
tend to make cruel procedures on animals for developing products like designer fur, leather
products and many more fashion products. This is an important corporate responsibility for the
organization to work accordingly because if it is not able to reduce animal cruelty then it may
have to face penalties from the governments.
