technology to the international retailers like Kroger in US and Coles Group in Australia. Firm
was incorporated in year 2000 by Mr. Jonathan Faiman, Jason Gissing and Tim Steiner. The
project mentions the ethical issues of Ocado, businesses role in today’s society, stakeholder’s
examination of firm, examples of decent and corrupt ethics and references for mitigating the bad
