INTRODUCTION
Business ethics can be defined as the thorough study of the appropriate policies of the business
as well as the practices which includes the controversial subjects such as the corporate
governance, insider trading, bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility and many
more (Freeman, Parmar and Martin, 2020). The main purpose of the business ethics is to have
the consistent moral attitude in the company. Toyota company is located in the UK which
manufactures the products which has the two manufacturing plant in the UK. This company is
engaged in manufacturing the cars or the vehicles and this company is known for its low cost,
fuel efficient as well as the most reliable vehicles. This report will discuss the reasons for
considering the business ethical as well as the ethical philosophy the company is following.
Along with this, it will also discuss the role of the senior management in maintaining the
business standards and the role of the employees in maintaining the business standards of the
company. Later on, it will include the reflection of the module using the reflective cycle.

Ethical company and its reasons of considering it as the ethical company-
Ethical businesses are those which are offering the products to the customers which are
not damaging the environment, or they are eco-friendly products. This will help the company to
have different quality and features of the products and make them success in the market. Toyota
company in UK is the organization which is involved in manufacturing the products are not
harming the environment. The company has automated its internal structures, and they are
making the products which are ethically accepted (Sison, Ferrero and Guitián, 2018). The
company regularly innovating and inventing the ways which will help the company to operate in
the environment friendly manner.
The company is based on the Mutual Trust and Mutual Responsibility, the Toyota company is
continuously working towards improving the performance so that the company can make the
equal opportunities for the employment as well as to maintain the fair and the stable working
conditions in the company. The company is working hard to create the safe and positive working
environment for the employees. The company is truly ethical company as they are consistently
working for the employees' on that they remain satisfied as well as production of the products by
