The housing prices ofMelbourne has a relatively grown over the period of 2002 to 2017, which has helped inunderstanding the future prices of housing in the city. The average of Median Price ofEstablished House Transfers (Unstratified) Melbourne is mainly used, as the overall inflatingrates for the housing price in Melbourne (Abs.gov.au, 2018).
