Abstract
The present report is based on evaluation of various barriers to communication faced by
chosen organisation in its operational activities. This document will highlight about various
organisational communication theories followed up by higher authorities of the business firm to
establish effective communication between its various departments. With addition to that,
respective ways in which managers and leaders of the firm is able to overcome those barriers is
been highlighted in this report.
