For this purpose, there is a requirement for the organisations to make sure that the right decisions are taken for the short-term, medium-term and long-term in the future. For this report, Tesco has been chosen. It is a British Company which deals in groceries and other related products and services. Additionally, specific analysis on acquiring of advanced knowledge and understanding of key techniques will be made as a part of this particular project.
