INTRODUCTIONIn business world, it is very much essential for the management to maintain a healthy andsafe working environment so that work can be managed and controlled in appropriate manner. Business health check isrelated with developing an authentic and suitable working environment so that businessoperation and process are done in profitable. In order to better develop the knowledge aboutbusiness health check IHG group is selected. It is one of the leading British MultinationalHospitality Company that is located in England. It have around, 842749 guest room and 5656hotels in around 100 countries.The entire report have three important parts, First is related with defining the focuses,objective, factors of business that have a major impact on operation. Second Task is related withdeveloping a business plan that review the effectiveness of important activities and third task isrelated with that define the actual skills of manager and other staff member that help to dealdifferent happing of business.TASK 11.1:Analyse the objectives of the businessOverview of company:Inter Continental Hotels Group PLCis a British organization that runs its business as amultinational hospitality company with its headquarters in Buckinghamshire, England since2003 (origins trace back 1777). The company has 5,656 hotels across 100 countries (august,2018). It also include several other brand names with it such as six senses, crown plaza, EVENhotels, holiday inn, holiday inn express etc. Continuous business health check providessuggestion for working 'in' the business with working 'on' the business to selected company. Forthat purpose, the organization has decided some short-term objectives as well as long-termobjectives. These objectives are:Short-term objectives: Maximum customer satisfaction is the first priority of hospitalityindustry. To build a meaningful customer relationship, the company listens its customer needsand requirements.
