Security challenges:-Beyond the Internet of things of technologies, there are lots of borderer security which has been faced by the internet team. While cropping up the mobile devices more and more in the organisation. Its important to have a security of the data which is reliable for the organisation. It gives a particular changes to involve and include the wearable devices forthe growth of devices in the organisation and it generally and mentally combined with the telecommuting the constant demand of the information that leaves the company and find the balance between security and accessibility of the company. Difficult to adapting the global connectedness:-Changes is not easy and definitely hold the discussing the enterprise and the digital age. All the things on the internet is based on the technologies which grow in the numbers over the next years. Organisation facing so many issues and problems in the digital age because the technology of the internet of things offer the enormous potential for the growth of the business and it also opens the door to the myriad security issues for which company is not prepared for all that. It's a way to finding the ways and defend against the problems(Urbach, Drews and Ross. 2017). Accepting and rising to a more centralised role:-The points which are point out that IT departments are no longer exist as a system and part of the organisation. It's a biggest issue for the organisation to become more connected with the customers and tech savvy. The centrality of emerging of IT means IT teams needs to embrace not only the leadership but the adaptability as well. The change of the technology in the digital age gives a incessant change because the disruptions results during the implementation is not ready to acceptable. There are so many big issues which have been not control by IT department because it only focuses on the work of maintenance which like to manual job scheduling in the organisation. This problem is consuming time and it prevents IT department for gearing up the digital age of the organisation. Inflexible technology stack and development process:-For the successful digital experience which are achieved through the iteration. But in order to stay in competitive, business must take the plunge.Choosing right technology system that only delivers the capacity of needs but can also help to meet future needs. But (Horlach, 2016) they say the integrating applications is another challenge that businesses face. Most of then time new technologies are not performed well and creates most problems for management of company. By this operational and employees efficiency can take the huge part of the integration issues forces. It is duplication of task and inability to quick finds and track data. It is important for check existing system will integrate with any new technologies. In essences payments system work with their accounting system. According to (Kane and et.al., 2015), technologies are creates problem which is securing the company data. Now days cybercriminals are becoming more updated and they target to small business and its work process. There are various risk from the technology. By this management is faced the problem about their data and system security. But as per the view of (Lee, 2017), take the necessary steps to secure data. This including leveraging cloud based apps. environment for integrating data. By this management can access to effective and updated solutions, administering employee cybersecurity training, policies for internet uses and access to sensitive company data. According to (Rogers, 2016), issues with backup and disaster recovery. Every time turn on the news there are more and more stories about companies had their date and creates cyber attacks. Instead of data letting the data be compromised due to a lack of planning. Management of company face the problem from their backup and recover of data. For that they can use the cloud based backups will allow to database and access them according to needs and wants of the employees. But as per the view of (Urbach, Drews and Ross, 2017), technology is enabled business communication ranging from emails for video chats to cell phone calls. Management can make technology as a part of meeting and it helps to reduced the gap between the international clients and customers. It is best and effective for managing the resources. As per the view of (Lee, 2017) says, that it creates problems like network issues. Like one important meeting is run at office at same time network problem is creating and online meeting is stop or disturbance about the voice error. By this technology like phones and video calls are not good in uses of meeting place. Issues are discussed in the essay impact business or other stakeholders. This will give negative impact on work. In this case owner have to give training and development to their employees and give proper and effective knowledge to employees.
