In this chapter the researcher has analysed the data and the findings of the company Tapis. Tapis is a professional training company that
offers different courses to the company. Though Tapis has generated considerable profits over the years, some courses are preferable to
the students than others. Therefore these courses are more successful than the other courses of the institute. In other words some courses
generate profits while others incur losses. This assignment will help in evaluating the courses that are popular among the students and
those which are not popular. The assignment will help in assessment of the data by analysing the information from the 55 respondents
who are assessing the courses. This will help in analysing the courses which are profitable for the company and providing
recommendations to improve some courses that are incurring losses.

From the above research, the researcher found that due to more popularity of HRM course, TAPIS should
implement HRM course as it may help in maximising the overall performance of TAPIS in future. Along with
HRM, accountancy course should be added as accountancy course has more number of demands on comparison to
any other course. As per research, the researcher concluded that course like engineering, students get bored of and
the lessons due to untrained faculty and thus the record of number of students getting this course failed to get
employed and the students agreed that hiring of professional trainers can improve the performance and thereby,
reducing the number the of trainers for management. The researcher concluded that accountancy are more
successful on comparison to other courses as per analysis report of the survey which means trainers of accountancy
is more efficient on comparison to others. As per outcome of the survey, the researcher got the outcome that
accountancy is the best course for the company. The researcher concluded that less number of trainers is affecting
the business of the company.
