In accordance to HIPAA healthcare organizations are supposed to carry out regular risk analysis as a security management process, which is notthe case for Clinical Healthcare Inc. as a result, the facility is risking the lives of its clients bynot doing analysis checks of its health information system. Accordingly, Clinical Healthcare Company is supposed to operates by exclusively observing ethics and particularly HIPAA security rule in its service delivery whereby it ensures that the patient privacy and safety comes first (HHS.gov, 2018). Indeed, despite being revealed in the case study how the facility is ensuring its patient’s information by highly guarding and confining patient’s information by not reveal the logins of data banks to unauthorised individuals this is not enough. To make sure that patient security and privacy is beefed up the company should first replace it old IT health system infrastructure with a novel one such as Electronic Medical Record system. In addition, it should carry out regular PIHAA risk analysis to heighten the safety and security of patient which is the most significant task of any healthcare facility.
