Itwill design to build a prototype website and also using a suitable logo and dynamic layout.Furthermore, this assignment will describe the database system of library management by usingMS Access. Many organizations strive to be market leaders in the globalindustry. They always plan an effective strategy to handle the competition level and pressure.One such type of strategy is adapting the information system within specific company.Information system helps for organization to make adequate decision for the use data and alsoreduced workload (Adrian and Adriana, 2018). It is supported the business task by usingdatabase system which is the best medium to handle update the details related customers andproducts. Manager plays important role in the organization to track all the activities thatperformed by employees. It is clearly handled and supports the main goals and objectives.Companies are used the different type of software to store the information through MIS, QASand ERP etc. There are different roles of information system strategy in the businessdevelopment.Information storage and analysis-Many organizations have no longer to manage theinformation and data in proper manner. According to case study, it will be creating a city college librarywebsite that shows different web pages in proper manner. According to case study, there arelarge number of books in the library. The college is decided to create a plan for making digitallibrary system that helps for student those who are issues the book through the website. It iscollection of books whereas each author may be written by one book. It also happens when oneauthor write many books (Brownand Bell, 2018). It is beneficial for student and other customerto choose the book on the basis of their needs. It will design City College library website forcreating different type of web pages. Each and every page shows unique information regardingbooks, members, authors and journals etc. It is required for designer to choose the best layout,formats, images, color so that they can be representing in effective manner.
