The importance of the data dictionaries is that they assist in making sure
that the data is well organized and easily accessible thereby reducing time
and cost.

Part C
The metadata for the data is as shown in the figure below:
The file size is 145 kilo bytes, the data was created and saved on February
2018. The author of the file was Rody Zakovich.
Part D
This is a relational database that is used to store the structured data. It has
got fields that store the different variables. This format makes this kind of
data more searchable using algorithms and human generated queries. The
query language that is commonly used is the structured query language. It
can be stored in spread sheets or databases such Oracle, SQL, and IBM’s
DB2.
Part E
The analysist that could help analyze the data include data scientists,
analytics engineers, business analysists, statisticians, and data visualization
specialists.
