business operations. Therefore, it is planning for adopting information technology system for
recording financial transactions and managing business operations more easy and convenient. In
this regard, this report is to provide significance of technological advancement for sharing data,
improving business performance and managing its business operations more efficiently. Thus,
importance of information technology for recording financial transactions and company's
information for decision making is understood through this assignment (Lloyd, 2017).
Manual process intent to transfer information
It is analysed that Nisa Ltd is recorded data and follows manual process for business
operations and decision making. In this process, data are recorded in old system manner in which

financial tools and budget planning and other factors are implemented for planning and decision
making. However, in recent time, it is following on method for data recording which is lengthy
and expensive too. There is need for adopting information technologies tools for data recording
and decision making in terms for further years' implementations effectively (Galegher, Kraut and
Egido, 2014).

production and distribution system of the entity also linked with profitability and
competitiveness for longer time period. In this regard, various tools are determined for customer
relationship management and presenting all innovations to them affect business activities

competitiveness of the enterprise affect generates variety of ideas for its effectiveness and

position and competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, business problems of organisation can
be reduced through this process linked with communication, production and distribution of its
goods and services and so on. Including this, it makes business operations more easy and
