INTRODUCTION Business information technology refers an effective system which is being used by companies as it allows them to make expertise in decision making and problem solving (Ababneh, Shrafat and Zeglat, 2017). This present study is based on Sainsbury which is well known 2ndlargest supermarket in the UK. It was founded by John James Sainsbury in the year of 1869.Thispresentstudyisgoingtoshowimportanceandeffectivenessofinformation technology system as how it allows company in accomplishing their goals. It will also discuss some roles of IT system and its software in making all functions of the company effective and easier.
