INTRODUCTION The skills that are required for the area of computing application are provided by business information technology. The knowledge in the application of IT in business is provided .E- commerce, information systems and computer consultancy are included in this. AMJ UK is accredited fully by Microsoft and Microsoft products are sell and install in this company. A wide range of technical tools and high level of expertise is used by this company. This report will provide an introduction of AMJ UK organization and the manual process that need to be transformed will be described by this report. The different ways to store IT system will also be explained by this report. This report will propose a system that will help the company in customer relationship management. The IT solution will be recommanded to solve theproblemsofbusinesswithintheorganization.TheuseofITsystemforimproving performance of business will also be presented by this report. AMJ UK This organization provide IT solution to businesses and professional organization in the UK. In Kent and London the offices of this company are located. The latest and most appropriate technology of Microsoft is provided by the company to SMEs (AMJ UK ,2017.).With the help of this technology the challenges of business can be tackled by these accompanied Extensive experiences is there in specialists in order to manage small business networks. The business needs will be addressed by IT solutions. In order to make sure that full customer satisfaction AMJ UK has chosen to partner with HP. A range of quality services of internet to business is provided by Zen Internet .For many years AMJ UK has been working with Zen internet (Geary and Gore,2017).In order to provide high quality equipments and customer services AMJ UK partners with DELL. As per the standards of Microsoft the technical engineers are trained in this company. And this is reason why the latest technology is up to date in the organization . The manual process of the company and proposed model This organization maintain all the information regarding the services that is provided by customers manually. All records of companies to which it sell out technology and services are done in a file rather than on customers. The documents of customersare maintained manually. In this documents the records of technology that is sold, the warranty of products and the bill and price etc information is maintained on file record. For each customers or company a new file is made which contains these all documents. A lot of time is wasted by company in making these
documents for each customers. It is time-consuming process as to maintain a record for each clients can take a lot of time. It is also costly as the records need to be made for every customers. The risk of security is also there as the records can be accessed by the wrong person in the organization. Due to this all confidential information regarding customers can be leaked and this is not a good for the business as it bring a loss to company. Managing so many records is also hard and complex (Kaihats and Kurozumi, 2014.) .A lot of hard-work is needed by the meployees to maintain such reecords. The upation is also diffuclst and sometimens no updation is doen in this recprds as it is complxe process. In order to to overcome all these issues that is faced by company by doing things manually ,it is recommended that company ned to bring automation in the organization as it will offer flexibility in the business. The proposed model for company is cloud-computing model that should be sued to bring automation. It is a type of computing that is abased on the internet. With the help of Internet people can access there application. All the records of the company will put on the cloud no amount of hard work ned to be done in order to write and maintain it .All the documents of customers will be there on one cloud. Today every business is using cloud. The file can be stored and retrieved and accessed from any web-enabled interface. The company need not to worry regarding the daily maintenance of the storage infrastructure. The data that is stored in the cloud can be accessed from any where by only authorized users but the only requirement is internet access (Hashemand Khan,2015). A lot of cost can be saved by company as physical file storage can be more costly in comparisons with cloud. The updation in the cloud can be done automatically. Different ways IT systems store and process data The process of performing specific operations on a set of data or database is known as data processing. The records of employees, inventory and customers are organization with help of database. The database is maintained by IT system in order to store and processdata. The various models such as hierraichal ,network and relational model can be used .In a top-down or inverted tree-like structures the data are organized in a hiarichal database. The situation in which the logical terms between data are represented properly then this type of model can be used. The extension of heirachal models is network model. Usinga standards tabular format a relational models is described. An interface between between a database and application programs is

provided by database management system(DBMS).The storage of data and retrieval ,data modification and report generation is the functions of DBMS. In order to collect large and complex data big data can be used. By making use of tools such as Hadoop the systems can process and store data. Hadoop is a free software framework that can be used to store large amount of data (Rossand Steiner, 2014). The storage system of hadoop that split big data is hadoop distributed file system (HDFS).The vast amount of structured and unstructured data can be stored, managed and analysed by this tool. At petabyte scale Hadoop store, manage and analyse data. It is more reliable in comparison with other tools as in preparation for future node failures the data is automatically replicated. Since it is open-source so it runs on low-cost commodity hardware. Knowledge management Intheorganizationtheknowledgemanagementistheprocessthatcanbeusedfor creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge. By making the best use of knowledge it help to achieve the objectives of organization (Galegher, Kraut and Egido, 2014.). In the fields ofbusinessadministration, informationsystems, managementstheknowledgemanagement includescourses.Theperformanceiscanbeimproved, thegainofcompetitive advantages ,innovation etc can be achieved with knowledge management. To the right person at the right time the right knowledge is given. The creation of knowledge is also included in knowledge management. On the corporate strategy the knowledge management strategy must be dependent. At all levels the experiences and competent leaders are required for knowledge management. For companies the knowledge management strategies and instruments can be storytelling, knowledge fairs, best practice transfer etc. The knowledge management can be undertaken by the organization through multiple motivations. In the development and provisions of product and services the content of increased knowledge can be made available. The innovation can be facilitated and managed .The technologies that can be used for knowledge management can be eLearing (Fernando, Loke, and Rahayu, 2013) .In this the organization can develop customised training and eduction sessions for the employees. The online classes, lessons and plan can be included in it. The proposed system help in customer relationship management. This proposed system or models will help to understand their customers as individuals. In terms of acquiring infrastructure and skilled resources the productive working system with little
upfront cost is offered by cloud. With the help of CRM a closer connections with customhouse is established by company (Thierer, 2013.). This is done as professional customer service is provided by this tool. The model that is proposed with help the customers to access the same information at any time. As most of the buyers looks exclusively at cost so this cloud-based models is cheaper in comparison to otherstorage models. It will beneficial for customers as in case if the system fails there are chances of losing important information but in case of cloud the automatic update is possible and copies of the data is crested off-site which aves the data from any theft and malfunction. The storage of large files of the local system can shifted by the cloud which in turn saves local storage for the file. The new projects can be deployed with help of this models. The security of data is concern of customers as they do not want that their information or data should be leakedor damages (Enck,Gilbert and Sheth, 2014). So,by using this models the data of customers will be secured under thecloud .It is the job of cloud provider to address compliance and regulatory requirements. As on shared infrastructure a cloud service providers host multiple customers as a high efficient energy resources can be utilized. It will help the CRM as it is easy to use and access. The multiple services can be supported and the little upfront cost are affordable. The huge data protection is ensured and as per the needs and changing requirements it is adaptable. The goals of business can be achieved as it requires no hardware or software to maintain. Data management techniques The data management techniques are needed to make sure that valid data is there. It is also needed to protect and maintain primary data. In order to help organization to gain control of its dataresourcesthedatamanagementsisacomprehensivecollectionof practices, concepts, procedures, processandahugerangeofaccompanyingsystems. The techniques that can be used in the organization for storing data can be data warehouse. By integrating data from multiple heterogeneous sources a data warehouse is constructed. The analytical reporting,decision-makingand structured ad-hoc queries is supported by it (Dinh, Niyato and Wang, 2013.). In a data warehouse there is no frequent updating is done. In order to take strategic decisions a data warehouse helps to organize, understand and use their data. With a particular period of time the data collected in a data warehouse is identified. The historical data can also be contained in it. The size of data base can be from 100 GB To 100 TB.
Big data can also be used for data management as data of very a large size can be stored in it. The peta bytes size data is stored in big data. There are 3 V's of big data that is velocity, veracity and volume. In the velocity the data is increasing at rapid rates. Veracity manes that in rows and columns data is not stored. Volume means that large file size can be stored. Communication management Withinanorganizationthecommunicationmanagementisthesystematic planning ,implementing ,monitoring and revising of all channels ofcommunication. The developmentofcorporatecommunicationstrategies, designinginternalandexternal communication are some aspects of communication management (Chan, 2013). In managing communication the audience need to be defined, the requires and a schedule for communication ned to be build. As per the audience the content need to be preprepared. For an organization it is empirical for an organization to have a good communication management. The objectives of business will be achieved if the organization will have a good communication. There are five W's of communication management .The information that is important for the project need to be discovered. The information needed and type of information should be discovered. For the information the required duration of time. The type or format of information .In the process of communication there are mainly three divisions. They are sender, reviver and channels. The message is send by sender with the help of channels to receiver. The message that is send by sender in the encrypted form this means that the message is secured and only the authentic user can decryptthe information by decrypting it. In order to make communication successful feedback is important. This will help the organization to monitor or check the performance of work .The encryption and encryption is used in order to protect the information .The only authentic can access this information. IT systems can be used to support value-added change for improving business operations, performance and sustainability For environment sustainability technology plays an important role. The progress of technology is accompanied by efficiency gains so less consumption of natural resources is created. With increasing eco-efficency technology can help .The process of communication have become more efficient due to use of information technology (Anzoategui and Martinez, 2016.). The addition information can be communicated by each employees by making modification that the system tracks. The input is collected by the manager and the newly revised document is sent

to targetclient. The operations have also become efficient due to the use of IT. The data about sales can help to find out what type of products customers are purchasing .The operations can be streamlined with guidance from IT. The better decisions are also made by the company .The data is updated so onecan make the choice with confidence. All the documents ,communication records etc are stored easily with the help of IT. The competitive advantage can be gained as it keeps the information up to date. By all these performance of the company will increased .The employees will be motivated as latest technology is been used at workplace. The productivity will increase and the company will be able to achieve its goals. The cloud-based model is sustainable as only on one cloudall information about customerscan be stored. So energy - consumption will be low. It is more efficient utilization of energy resources as it will reduce the carbon footprint (Almorsy, Grundy and Müller, 2016). IT solutions for common business problems found within your organisation For large companies the security is one such problems that is faced by the company. There is a risk that data can be hacked. By the acts of malicious intent the data security breaches are caused. The too much paper work is there in the company. The documents are maintain due to this it is difficult to manage and time. The one solution to protect the company from cyber- attacks is that managed network services can be used. In order to cope with issues of too much paper work and time ,the company can make use if cloud -based model. By using firewall also the attacks can be reduced. For an instance the various issues are faced by agenor IT company is that challenges are fadced due to backup .The files are deleted accidental and there is no reliable backup and recovery plan that is made by the company. The solution for this problem is that right backup solution and disaster recovery procedures need to be used by the company. CONCLUSION Thus summing up the above report it can be concluded that the proposed models can help the company to solve the problem thatis faced by the company as it will store the data more efficiently and the cost will also be less. The data management techniques such as data warehouse can be used by the company for managing the data. In order to solve issues relted to security firewall can be used by company and managed network services.
