Artificial intelligence is being variously used in the business industry. AI is
changing the production and marketing strategy in every organization. Before
discussed how AI can be implemented in business, it is very important to explain
what AI is. AI is an intelligent computer program that can work like human
activity. It has a capability like problem-solving, planning, and learning (Business,
2019). AI is a supporting tool and it can work as a replacement of human but it
faces many struggles in commonsense tasks. AI can work faster than a human.
In business, AI is focused on reasoning ability, where it can add logic and
produce actions. It helps to understand the customer need and provides
communication. Chatbots are one of the most important assistants in business.
The reason behind of revolution of business is automation. Before the invention
of AI, engineers invent machines for replacing human labour (IPsoft, 2019). But
now in the era of computers, AI is implemented in every field. AI is working as a
human worker. The business cost can be reduced by using AI. By using
automation, an organisation can reduce the cost of operation and maintenance
and organization can invest that money in various fields. A big organization can
create a new employee role for the business. It is beneficial for any company.
Automation and AI are transforming the business day by day. This technology is
becoming famous in various businesses and industries (Ey.com, 2019). By using
AI in the industries, workloads can be increased with less working time. The
company will get good efficiency and productivity at a low cost. AI based robots
can complete various tasks with accuracy and faster than humans. With the help
of AI, many computers can be worked together, and it can solve complex
problems. It can identify the data pattern, improve audio, video analysis. By

There are many advantages to using AI. One of them is availability. A
machine can work twenty-four hours a day without any rest. The machine does
not require any break like human and it is made for work without any rest. By
using AI based machine work can be done without any error. A mobile phone is
one of the essential parts of our life (Lamberton, Brigo and Hoy 2017). AI is
implemented in smartphones. Some popular AI based application is Siri, Cortana
and Google assistant. AI is used in GPS. Nowadays, GPS provides route
preferences. In social media, we can see the implementation of AI. In banking
sectors, AI is working for fraud detections. Big enterprise uses AI for a digital
assistant. AI bots can work as an assistant. The AI based assistant does not
identify human emotions, so it works logically. The same type of job is boring in
real life. By using AI machines can do the same task again and again without any
error (MILLER 2018). A machine can do a particular task and think faster than
any human. AI based machines can perform tasks that are very dangerous for
any human. In the medical field, AI is used worldwide. By using an AI based
system, the doctor can diagnose the diseases and risks behind it. AI based
systems can help patients to let the side effect of any medicines. Surgery
simulator is one of the greatest inventions in medical history. This is an AI based
system. Many professional doctors use this simulator for treatment. Nowadays
AI-based system is used to identify the neurological disorder. AI is worked as a
human brain. Ai robots are used for mentally sick people. Radiosurgery is one of
the great inventions in the medical industry (Raghupathi and Raghupathi 2014).
