System
Effective communication system stand out to be an integral part of the business
organization like airline, bank, insurance company, Travel agency, department store, and lastly,
grocery store. Breakdown of communication system like telephone, fax, radio, television, and
computer system can have huge impact on various organization (Zhong & Hui, 2016). The point
should be noted that Top-down, bottom, and horizontal communication flow are very much
important for each and every level of this organization. Communication system stand out to be
very much important for proper functioning with constant objectives, focus, and strategies. One
of the biggest drawbacks of barriers to communication in business is that it fails the employee to
deliver the requested directives (Yu, Xu & Schober, 2019). In some cases, sender has completely
failed to highlight the requested in such a way that motivates the receiver to take prompt action.
Effect
Turning of every communication in the firm which result in
Misinterpretation: Misinterpretation of messages tend have a communication barrier in
the organization. It can start from poor communication effort by sending message. There are
certain barriers which can lead to misinterpretation (Cui, Zhang & Zhang, 2019). Both language
and difference in communication in organization can become much more adverse. Noise and
distracting environment can result in confusion during reception and message interruption.
Bad Work relationship: Barriers in communication can easily lead to disengagement and
conflict relationship among most colleagues, supervisor, and subordinates (Wang et al., 2017).
Some of the barriers are commonly tied to the negative effect in emotion.
