There are several functions that can be included within such scenarios in order to assist
the decision making process. In this manner, it is seen that scenario like employees who are
putting in long hours need to be taken into account in the process of decision making. It is due to
this fact that the decisions related to the employees putting in longer hours has to be taken into
account so that it motivates them and they receive the fruit for working longer for the company.
The next aspect that needs to be taken into account has been a model to forecast the
demand for the next quarter. In this manner, an idea can be attained and plans and policies with
respect to the manufacturing process for the next quarter can be taken into account with the help
of which better operational activities can be ascertained.

Answer to Question 2:
Introduction
There are two commonly used Business Intelligence Tools that are helpful in extracting
the intelligence from the business information which supports decision making with the help of
analysis and modelling. In this report, an explanation of the features of the commonly used
Business Intelligence Tools will be taken into account that assists in the decision making
process.
Body
The main aspect that would be addressed in this paper has been explaining the three
features that are available in the commonly utilised Business Intelligence Tools. It is seen that
there are several features that are related to the Business Intelligence Tools and out of the same
three of the features have been explained as follows:
Location Intelligence
Location Intelligence has been the capability to visualize and map the data in the formats
that are geographical in nature. The exploration and the visualization of the data sets on the basis
of the spatial components assists the companies to understand their business activities from a
newer point of view which can be considered as the sales per region (Wittwer et al. 2016).
Executive Dashboards
The personalised dashboards provide precise, easily understood real time data to the
leaders of the business that enables better and faster decision making process while reducing the
time of response to the external and the internal events (Alpar and Schulz 2016). Executives has
