In additionit is the obligations of the company to provide proper information in the prospectus documentwhile making it unambiguous and clear by avoiding unnecessary information. In cases where the provisions whichare mentioned in the section are not be abided, therefore it leads towards the violation of the civilpenalty by s. 1317E and also an offence by s. 1311(1)2.
