Introduction
Law is created for the betterment of society and for guiding correct
rulings in the environment. Their are many stipulations which are
added in the environment due to changes in the law. Law is irregular
issues which are solved by making laws and regulation Business law is
created for better working environment, there are laws which have to
be created for better working environment in organisations.

Different types and classification of business

In company law it is very much stipulating in the manner of creating
several aspects and making correct, doing and making business. In
company law there are various rules and regulations which are to be
followed and used while working for better environment in country.
The united kingdom has maintained balance in the environment and
created several aspects to consider before doing any illegal work.

Sole Proprietorship
Sole Proprietorship: it is one of its kind business as it can be done by
a single person and have to perform all tasks & duties by himself. All
decision are taken by a single person, all liabilities and assess are his
responsibility and shall be stipulated for the pricing attainment in the
environment. Here generally a small investment is enough to open up a
business.

Partnership Firm
Partnership Firm This is the business organisation which is formed
and operated by with the help of two or more than two individuals. In
this formation the requirement of funds is lower and results is better as
compare to other business organisation.

Private Company limited by Share
Private Company limited by Share: this company is legit divide in
the number of people who can purchase the number of shares of
this company. Their are various entities which have to be
concluded in the environment and cannot be in the supervision of
working zones.

Critical evaluation of the advantages and
disadvantages of different legal structures
Legal structures have to be concluded in correct stipulations and
have to be addressed as per the guidelines in the environment, their has
to be correct workings zones for it and cannot be included in the
working categories of environment. The similarities between all such
have to be concluded in society, there are several illegal stipulations in
the environment and have to to be created for better workings in the
society.

In aspect of Sole proprietorship, the main advantage is that it can be
concluded with many issues in society but can be set up due to any
sort of issues in the environment Its easy to set up an organised from
of legal organisation, the set up of sole proprietorship is not that
complicated and can be done in the legal aspects.

and funded in both public and private
sectors.
In modern era, law and regulations have to be stipulated in the
complicated times and in the current areas of aspects their has to be
correct stipulations in the criteria. Their are several legal aspects which
have to be regulated in this category. The funding of such areas are
generally made from all the environment and all the stock selling,
shareholders and income values of company increasing in general levels.

Limited Companies: these organisations have to be limited in nature
and shall be stipulating in the environment Their are various issues
which shall be concluded as a matter of fact tat this indicative limited
period of time in the organisations have to be indicated on several
business purposes. Limited companies do not have much of an
stipulations and shall be creating all sorts of legal.
