INTRODUCTION
Business law covers a branch of civil law it helps to maintain all the business practises in
the organisation and business working. It serves out all the important legislations that are being
needed in the companies to properly frame the legality. It mainly includes employment law,
contract, company law, IPR and many more (Lifshitz, and Finkelstein, 2017).All the business
helps out to regulate important business agreements through which the breach of contract can be
regulated out. Employment law hits how to maintain the relation between the employer and the
employees by protecting their rights and them from discrimination. This report will further cover
the sources of law with various legal system and different organisations of business practises
with the impact of business law in it.
ACTIVITY 1
Different sources of law
English law implicates various rules that are being followed and maintained through
English legal system they cover both criminal and civil matters which helps in the administration
of courts provided in England and Wales. This is for the common law there covers important
principles and covers the legal doctrine that has civil law in the legal system.
Primary sources in law are the original and authoritative sources which used to cover all the
relevant and important information as they are as follows:
Legislation: It is mainly through which the law is being made as it counted as a supreme
authority in UK. As UK Sir no written constitution and it is partly returned and partly
codified so all the important laws that are being made by the authorities and legislation
are being covered in it (Ebell,and et. al., 2017).
Case laws: As when the decision has been raised by the higher in the superior courts then
that she is and will have a binding impact on all the parties and all the lower courts. It is
mainly all the law reports, decision and all that important implementations of law that has
been given by the judges. As such is being recorded as an important decision and are also
being implied in all the subordinate areas and course for the future decision making.
