INTRODUCTION
Business law determines the minimum standard of behaviour expected of companies and
sole proprietorship. Business ethics go beyond simple legality. This is important aspects where
companies are agreed with all the documents which are highly required for the business.
Through that businesses have benefit to protect their agreement in effective manner. The present
study is based on the Breach of contractual relationship and remedies. in this case study,
Raymond works as an accountant at company and their contract is breach. The repot will give
advice Raymond on possible remedies available to him. This will reflect on different Samantha
had paid Raymond the 200 three weeks earlier than the debt was actually. This would be
reflected on the legal position has been requested to payment. At the end o report will include

In the Breach of contractual relationship and remedies, are available various remedies
which are helpful for the business and for person who face breach and losses from the business
in negative manner. In that Raymond can make case on the company because they are work at
company in the sole proprietorship. He is joining company with 800 pounds but company not to
pay more and breach the contract. But company not pay full final settlement amount to them in
that Raymond have right to make case on company against of breach of contract. There re
various remedies are available which are as follows:
Raymond have right to sue on company against of breach contract:
In that Raymond have right to make Sue on the company against of their breach
contractual relationship. Contract make agreement between the Samantha and Raymond of 800
pound paid against of their work. But company breach this contract because of unpaid system
(Alder and Wilkinson, 2016). In that management need to settlement for business and with
Raymond to give full and final settlement amount to the person. If company not provide this then
make new contract about making possible changes.
Make settlement agreement:
On another side, company can make another agreement with settlement which is
mentioned with settlement amount. This is another remedies which is available for Raymond can
use for collect their money from company in effective manner. This creates positive impact on

the Raymond and the negative impact on the business. With the help of this, Raymond have
chance to get money and their compensation against of their works.
Injuction:
An injuction is basically like a decree for the specific performance but for the negative
contract. This is a court order restraining a person from doing the particular act. In that the court
may grant an injuction to stop a party of a contract from doing something he promised not to do
(Dove, 2016). In that the prohibitor injuction, the court stops the commission of the act and in a
mandatory injuction which will stop the continuance of an act that is unlawful.
Those are the remedies are available for the Raymond which can use by them for get their
money. This can create the positive impact on the Raymond and negative impact on the business.
Samantha had paid Raymond the 200 three weeks earlier than the debt actually due, and
Raymond had agreed to this.
In that Raymond need to accept that because there is no chance to get the money in
effective manner. If the company paid company amount after sue, this is loss for Raymond
because they have need to pay court fees as well as lawyer fees which is creates various aspects
for the raymond. In that case Raymond need to accept this in effective manner. This is also loss
for raymond but there is no option available for them accept this. This creates negative impact on
the person. Samantha had done wrong behaviour with raymond which is not paid full amount to
them. This is wrong which have done with Raymond (Haugh, 2019).
Management have to complete amount to them against of their work. But if they are not
providing them raymond have right to get sue on sole proprietor business and Samantha. This
give opportunity to get money of their work in effective manner. This creates work pressure on
the business. In respect to that, raymond need to accept that agreement because of lack of
available actions of business and rights. For example: if x works at y company, in that y not
provide money against of their work then x has right to sue or take full money and take
advantage from business needs (Mayer, 2017).
Legal position if Raymond had requested had payment from Samantha as full and final
settlement.
Raymond said that the full and final settlement amount is 600 pound then legal situation is
created which is agreement made between the raymond and Samantha. But Samantha is not

accepted that because the situation is not under control them, they are not able to pay complete
amount. Legal situations are as follows:
Re agreement is signed between both the parties: if the raymond said that the full and
final settlement amount is 600 pound the business have right to post the business entities which
is new agreement under the action of court and contract law (NOBLE, 2019). As per the contract
law raymond have right to tell their talks to Samantha in effective manner. In respect to that
business have right to provide their complete business effectiveness in effective manner.
Take decision as per the contract act: as per the contract law raymond have right to take
action against of their situation. The situation is very critical in respect to that the business. This
creates negative impact on the business and Samantha. As per contract act raymond take action
and tell to Samantha about their work and its payment to them in effective manner.
This creates negative impact on the business in critical situation business need to accept
all the terms and conditions of raymond and protect our self from any kind of sue (Siedel, 2016).
As per the case study, Samantha has done wrong behaviour with raymond which is create wrong
situation of Samantha.

effective manner. Those advice are as follows:
First of all, need to pay complete amount to raymond of their work is help to protect them
self from any kind of sue. Through that Samantha able to protect from the sue and those legal
actions which can be taken with raymond in effective manner (Sulkowski, 2017). This is the
main advice which is better and effective for Samantha to follow in effective manner.
Another, advice for Samantha need to accept the talk of raymond which is about to pay 600
pound of their work in full and final settlement amount. Those are effective and valuable for the
business and for the Samantha in effective manner. This creates negative impact on the business
in effective manner. With the help of this, raymond not done any kind of sue on the Samantha.
Here is need to accepts all terms and conditions of raymond.
Against of those, make new and other agreement which is based on the contract act and
law. In the new contract mentioned that to paid 200 pound to raymond for their full and final
settlement amount. This creates more advantage for the Samantha to protect them self in

effective manner. With the help of this Samantha have right to say sorry and give their complete
money of their work to them in effective manner. This creates more effectiveness for the
business in effective manner.
Those are the effective and valuable advice for Samantha to follows and protect them self
from the any kind of sue in effective manner (Thompson, 2017). This creates effective working
ability for work. As per that contract act if Samantha is following above mentioned advice then
them has no chance to stuck in that situation as per the contract act. This creates more
effectiveness for the business and for its growth in effective manner. Through that Samantha
have advantage to pay full amount to the raymond and free from any case and sue which can be
done by raymond on them.

From the above study it had been concluded that the business law and ethics has been
important part of solving any kind of mistakes which happens at business and in between the two
parties. The report had been covered with some remedies has available for breach the contractual
relationship between the tow parties like sue and make case on party, injuction and another
thinks. This has been covered with some advice for Samantha to follow and protect them self
from sue which can ne done by raymond on Samantha. This has provided complete amount to
them, provide half amount in full and final settlement.
