between two types of lawyer and is it helpful for an individual or injustice is done to them.

There are two types of lawyers in an court and have different functions to perform as per
there experience within that court or legal workplace. Both these lawyer are very important for
the smooth functioning of judiciary. One of the lawyers is called as senior lawyer and the other is
called as junior lawyer. Senior lawyers are very experienced and has to deal with various kind of
issues that is related to various kinds of situation in court proceeding. They know about the
procedure that is related to proceeding of court and also of detail knowledge about the working
scenarios of courts of various types. These are knowledgeable in terms of various laws and that
cases they have dealt with (Ostas and Hilling, 2016). Other kind of lawyer is junior lawyer and is
generally termed as interns. They are there to get training about proceedings of court as they deal
with all kinds of issues which are of very basic. Main role of junior is to do the work outside the
court. These lawyers are generally graduates and required to gain knowledge upon the various
laws in practical manner. Senior lawyers are best known for following of ethical code of conduct
in the place they are working. In this code all rules and regulations has been mentioned which are
helpful in maintaining discipline and order within an organization or at workplace. Senior
lawyers are known as Barrister and junior lawyer are known as Solicitor. A barrister is a post
