Business laws mean those rules and regulations formed in order to make in business
Organisation established itself as per the legal framework sent within a country. These laws

aspects of law which are civil and criminal law. It has helped United Kingdom to prepare its

Explanation with examples the following as means of classification of laws in the English
Legal system
a) Civil Law: Civil laws are those laws which has been formed in order to deal with wrong
committed by an individual with an intent to harm another individual. Under civil law
activity committed by an individual to another person is known as wrong. These laws
have helped in understanding about various perspectives it tends to impact individual
thinking and psychology. Also these laws help in understanding what individual’s
tendencies which results in causing to divide them. This law has helped in dealing with
matters related to property, tort law, negligence and other crimes which is based upon

individual nature. Civil law deals with indra state metals also. Further, civil Procedure
Code has been followed which explains about procedure which is required to be
followed in relation to solve the case. Record helps in making tuition done on various
aspects in relation to Civil law, this law has been developed in order to provide justice in
its real sense which can only possible when business does not exist in the system. In this
injury and damages is been given in relation to the compensation provided over wrong
committed by an individual also there are various kinds of civil dispute which is handled
within this laws only (Ferreira and Costa, 2019).
b) Criminal Law: In this laws that are used in order to develop on various aspects which
is related to crime in police in society. These laws make development in relation to
legislation used for controlling criminal activities within society. Under this law criminal
Procedure Code is used within which process regarding investigation, arrest, trial and
proceedings have been mentioned. Indus Law fences like murder assault rape kidnapping
and extortion and mob lynching is covered. Losses has reduced in providing a means of
justice under criminal proceedings
Explanation of the role of the following Courts in the English Legal system
a) High Court: This Court is one of the most important parts of legal system of United
Kingdom. It is held various situations passing a judgment within it. This court deals with
various kinds of judicial proceedings in relation to Civil and criminal matters. There are
three main divisions which handles cases which are Queen's Bench, chancery division
and family division in Queen's bench all types of criminal cases or handle that helps in
punishing criminals and reducing crime within society. Second division is translated
division within which civil cases are handled and all kind of wrong this deal within it that
has been committed by an individual towards another individual. Then come third
division that is family court which deals with all kind of matters related to family
marriage and child born out of it. This division has provided strong legal structure which
was held in making judicial proceedings done with more fairness. It is held in punishing
those people who tend to destroy the basic structure of society. The court keep check for

functions in relation to lower courts and has been given various powers regarding it. High
Court has been given power to ask Lower court to reconsider their judgment if it is
increasing anyone's fundamental right or constitutional framework. It makes Lower court
accountable towards Higher Court in case when appeal has been filed within it. Court has
important role in providing justice to individual auto society.
b) Supreme Court: This is known as the highest court of appeal which has held in
making the basic structure for judiciary. It has helped in enhancing various aspects in
relation to Judiciary which has held in structuring a legal system within United Kingdom.
The court handles all cases in the form of appeal that has been transferred from high
court. Also the court uses common law principles in order to mark judgment under
those cases where statutory law has failed to procure justice in its real sense. This Court
has been given powers like quasi judicial functions, state function and has been given
power to deal with issues also. This Court has held in securing independence of Judiciary
as per the constitutional framework (Dow, 2019).

Case law is one of the most important sources which has provided the relevancy in
relation to law making process within United Kingdom. This source uses common law principles
in order to provide justice when statutory law fails to do so. This process held in making

authorities have also been given powers by the executive only and are formed through passing

country like UK. Also it is considered one of the most important organ which helps in
making laws with in UK and has very important to law role to play within its law making
process. In order to make laws stage processes and followed.
Executive: The second most important organ use with the law making process of United
Kingdom executive. It includes bureaucratic and administrative officers. They have been
given power to make sure that the legislation is applied in appropriate manner within the
society and serve the purpose of Justice (Ballem, 2019).
Judiciary: Third most important organ is judiciary which deals with trials and
proceedings taking place in relation to Civil and criminal cases, it contains court and
legal system which help in securing constitution of a country. The act as Protector of
fundamental rights of an individual it also guide government in relation to see that lost
found by them serve the purpose of Justice.
Employment Law
Employment laws are those laws which have been form in order to protect the rights and
duties of employees while working within an organization. This helps in securing justice within
an organization and allowing employees to work there without getting any exploitation. Also
these last over legislations which help in making justice to be served to employees in more
secured manner. These laws deal with various issues and problems that is faced by employee

with them workplace. Employment law has proven to be one of the most important aspects in
relation to business laws of corporate laws as it concerned about employers and makes an
organization understand it and better manner. There are various kind of legislations which is
being used within these laws that is equality act 2010, employees right act 1996, national
minimum wage Act 1986 and health and security act 1989. This act has helped claw to develop
proper legal structure within an organization which helps and employees in securing justice in
better manner.
Statutory Duties of Employers to their employees
Under employment law there are various kinds of statutory duties employer is required to
follow in relation to their employees. These duties has been mentioned within the employment at
as follows:
It is the duty of the employer to take care of health and security issues existing within an
organization.
Wages is also another most important statutory duty timely wages should be placed to
employees and no way this should be cut in relation to any unethical professionalism
shown by an employer towards employees(Amini and et. al., 2020).
Another statutory duties that equality should be maintained within the workplace which is

Wrongful Dismissal and Unfair Dismissal Actions

92. In this section it has been mentioned that an employee cannot be dismissed in relation to

organization. This was also help in forming properties and structure which helps in making
