Business law is considered as a law that involves a variety of laws that help in governing
all the factors of the business. Also, it involves a variety of factors that can help in dealing with
different types of issues associated with the public and private law (Jones, 2017). Also, business
law can be classified as the commercial law encompassing all the rules and policies to maintain
all the operations and processing of the services in a balanced way. The report is about
understanding various sources of law to be complied in Country Pine. Also, it involves the
influence of key consumer legislation in the market place. Ways of raising the capital in Country

organizations. Some of them are mentioned as below:

supreme law of land. This become sources and essential source because it generates power
between legislative, executives and judicial branches (Kubasek and et.al., 2015).
Legislatures: Legislation is another source of business law which has been provides
great essential target market goals which enhance the better activity and growth. The federal
legislatures derive its power from articles I of the constitutions. All the legislation or act of law
helps company to adopt the better and safe environment.

Executives: It is another source of law which order the executives in order to binding
edicts issues by the president by the business law. Moreover, it will also make the proper better
resources and target goals. The main purpose of this law is to make aware business about their
rules and ethical considerations in order to perform the better target market goals.
Judiciaries: It is another sources of law which helps to cover the business from effective
activities sources. Sources of business law can help businesses about their main goals orientated

productive environment in the company it helps to motivate the employees and the business
better effective practices. Apart from that. It will also solve the case between the parties through
making better decision making. Morality and religion is the best tool to manage the work in more
productive manner. Moreover, along with that, it will also manage the work between the parties
and make better decision making approach.

The government plays an important role in the process of law making because after
analyzing all the situations and processes along with the requirements of the people, the
government takes initiatives on the basis of that and accordingly, so that they may be able to
develop the decisions that can seem beneficial enough for the people and also thus, help in
maintaining a sort of balance in all their operations and processes. There are three basic functions
that the government makes the involvement of. These three core factors can be considered as
representing the interests of people, passing the laws and monitoring the activities of the

government (Glover and Doss, 2017). All these factors have been initiated in a way that it can
result in achieving all the objectives of the Country Pine.

are some factors that act troublesome for the citizens and so, in such cases, the responsibility of
the government is that they make the required changes and modifications so that it could not
seem troublesome for any of the citizen. There have been various factors that are quite
pressurizing for the Parliament to change. It happens when there is some law or policy because
of which the customers have to face some issues and then in that case, the Parliament analyses
whether there are some faults in the same that are causing the issues, if these issues are being
analyzed at a faster rate, then the government makes some modifications in that and then on the
basis of that, passes the new law. This is to be done in order to provide satisfaction to the citizens
because they are considered as an important part.
The process takes time because the government first analyses that what the people
actually want and what can be good for them. Then after an efficient analysis takes place, the
factors have been decided. After that, the same is being tested. After every single factor passes
the test, then, the laws are passed for the implementation of the legislation's. After the laws have
been made, the activities and actions of the government are being monitored because it is very

important to check whether all the processes are being implemented effectively or not.

throws an impact on the performance and activities of the business. Employment law is
considered a legislation that has been developed in a way that it can help in preserving the rights
of people. It involves a variety of factors, whether it is about the relationship between employee
and employer or about the processing of all the functions and operations. While working in an
organization, there are some rights of the employees which the employee should be aware of. It
is the responsibility of the Country Pine to make all the employees aware of their rights and
policies.
The different aspects to be covered in the employment law involves the contract of the
employee, the way the employees are being treated in the organization, payment and salary scale

the process involves three essential aspects, but, all the factors are important enough in
maintaining a balance between all the operations and processes of Country Pine. Employment
law along with the contract law has a positive impact on all the operations of the business. Also,
different appropriate legal solutions along with some recommending factors for the same have
also been included in the report.
