Some of them are mentioned as below: Constitution:Constitution the overall function of United States is governed by the US constitutions which was rectified in 1789 has its own constitution. It is also known as the supreme law of land. This become sources and essential source because it generates power between legislative, executives and judicial branches (Kubasek and et.al., 2015). Legislatures:Legislation is another source of business law which has been provides great essential target market goals which enhance the better activity and growth. The federal legislatures derive its power from articles I of the constitutions. All the legislation or act of law helps company to adopt the better and safe environment.
Executives:It is another source of law which order the executives in order to binding edicts issues by the president by the business law. Moreover, it will also make the proper better resources and target goals. The main purpose of this law is to make aware business about their rules and ethical considerations in order to perform the better target market goals. Judiciaries: It is another sources of law which helps to cover the business from effective activities sources. Sources of business law can help businesses about their main goals orientated goals and activity performance.
