Describing various origin and sources of law and defining the laws an
organization must comply with:
Origin of law in UK:
The English legal system has been founded with over 900 years of law
practices in UK. With times the law of the UK is termed as English legal system
and ids divided into two traditions:
 The Anglo-Saxon traditions of the common laws; and
 The Latin/Roman tradition of Civil law.
Common and civil law:
This legal system is based on idea of precedent, when as decision is made
by a court on a law suit and then it becomes part of the law of the nation.

Sources of law:
The sources of law, that are governed by government rules and policies. Act of
parliament, customs and common law, judicial prescient law and European law
are the sources of law.
 Act of parliament: this law is made through parliament that are called
statues, Acts or legislation. This legal process is passed by majority and
houses of law-makers that become an Act. They made many acts for the
welfare of economy. Thus, for making this law, their process has to followed
some principles and guidelines. It is also called delegation legislation.
