Introduction
 Business law can be referred to as
the set of rules and obligations
which are aimed to govern the
commerce, trade and business of the
country. Its application is only for
the rights, conduct and relation of
the business and people associated
with it.

How business organizations are formed
legally
 There are many kinds of business structure which includes
incorporated and unincorporated that are varied on the basis of
ownership title. The former involves individual business
enterprise while other is a business which is same as
partnership or sole proprietorship. Various business
organization and their legal formation are discussed below-

• Companies

How businesses are managed and
funded
 Every business varies on the basis
of its structure, ownership and
legality. These are managed and
funded as follows-

• Partnership
• Companies

CONCLUSION
 From this PPT it can be concluded that there are many business

proprietorship, companies, partnership, etc. These are managed and
