Business law they are that kind of rules and regulation which has been formed in order to
make business organization function in more effective manner. This law makes business
organization develop broader aspect that helps in making goals and objectives achieved in more
organized manner. These laws makes development of legality within business organization’s
functioning. Business laws also leads over developing strategies that makes business
organization develop set of rules for operating business processes in more organized way. Scope
of business law is wider in nature which makes it covers various aspects related to business
covered. Nature is dynamic in nature as it impact basic functioning of business. In this file things

P1. Different sources of law
English legal system has been formed using various kinds of laws which are based over
different criminal activities taking place in a country. Legal system of England contains two
major laws which are criminal and civil. Forming of law sources is required to be used which has
been explained as follows:
Primary sources:
They are original sources which is been used in order to make laws and prepare basic structure of
it. Such sources are explained as follows:
Case law: These are those sources within which courts passes judgment after listening over facts,
issue, decision and legal principle over determining important points which makes laws to be
formed( Zollmann, 2020).
