The organization has been started for the good work and involving such low-level acts could undermine the overall image of the non-profits organization. b.Chances are more kind of such acts could arise in future regarding funds and benefits might not reach the target segment in the corrupt country. In future, the amounts of money spend on the betterment of women and children could be utilized for some unethical practices that include personal uses of the officers thus undermining the objectives or visions of the program(. Thoms, 2008). 3.The finance manager used the proverb “when in Rome, do as Romans do” which is not the right thing to do as an individual must act according to principals of one’s country as for roman finance manage, the principal of bribe is ethically relevant according to ethical relativism. The Romans officer believe giving or taking bribes as completely ethical as it does bots involve any kind of negativity The principal of ethical relativism has made them think the act of bribe as ethically relevant(. Lewis, 2018). 4.It would not be regarded as ethical practice because it was not the actual payment but was the bribe in the form of sweets but for securing the future, it is essential to get the invoice receipt that no one can misuse it. Securing the invoice from the official will be useful in ensuring its no misconduct. 5.The best thing to do in the particular scenario is to pay the bribe to the officers in Romans and to continue the operations of the company thus making the positive impacts in the lives of the targeted people in the effective manner.
BUSINESS LAW3 Task 2 The tweet of Ms. Banerjee was not ethical it was the general opinion that was given by Ms Banerjee on the account of 9/11 attacks and Iraq, she did not point to any official in charge.
